Who is eligible for Project Angel heart meals?
Anyone living with a life-threatening illness and limited mobility around food preparation. Please read the information in the Client Eligibility section.

What does my meal consist of?
Each entreé generally consists of a protein, vegetable, and a starch. You will receive five meal containers each week along with side dishes such as soup, dessert, and bread when available.
What do I do if I did not receive my meal delivery?

How do I access Project Angel Heart meals for a client?
Please see the Client Eligibility section to determine if a client meets are requirements. If they do, please download the application form and complete with the client. How does the delivery for the meals work?
The majority of meals are delivered on Saturday by a volunteer between 10 am-12pm in Colorado Springs and between 1 - 3 pm in the Denver metro area. If a client qualifies for hot meal delivery, meal delivery is 5 days a week, Monday – Friday between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Does Project Angel Heart cater to special dietary needs?
Yes, Project Angel Heart provides nutritious modified dietary needs for our clients. During the intake process, a Client Services staff member will discuss what diet modifications a client needs.
