The ninth annual Art for Life event highlights more than 100 pieces of fine art donated by local, regional, and national artists to a silent auction benefiting Project Angel Heart.
A crowd of 500 gathers to enjoy an evening of hors d’oeuvres, cocktails, wine, desserts, good company, and fine art. A special preview evening attended by selected sponsors, artists, and collectors will help to kick off the event and serve as a thank you to those who will make Art for Life a success in 2010.
Art is solicited and curated by Abend Gallery owner, Christine Serr. Christine has been instrumental in the success of Art for Life since its inception in 1998.
In 2009, Art for Life raised nearly $80,000 and provided outstanding sponsorship opportunities with marketing tailored to the art community and Project Angel Heart donors. Presenting Sponsor of 2008 was Abend Gallery. Media exposure included Project Angel Heart printed materials, Out Front Colorado, 5280 Magazine, Southwest Art, Westword, and KUVO 89.3FM, for a total market exposure of over 6 million media impressions. This year, sponsorship levels range from $1,000 to $10,000 and can be tailored to meet corporate or individual interests.
