As a participant, your business agrees to:
- Contribute 25% of gross food and/or alcohol sales made on April 26, 2018, to Project Angel Heart, regardless of any other promotions that day. Minimum contribution of $300 if percentage of sales is less than $300.
- Promote Dining Out For Life by displaying and/or distributing event materials a minimum of 3 weeks before the event and informing wait staff, managers, and other personnel about Dining Out For Life so they can promote the event to diners and answer basic event questions.
- Project Angel Heart will host an optional training session on April 14, 2018, at 9:30am: Dining Out for Life Overview Training for staff/managers working night-of
- Optional: Provide gift certificates to be distributed through media promotions or to assist in volunteer recruitment and incentive programs
- Send or deliver a check for the total contribution payable to Project Angel Heart no later than May 26, 2018.
