Please register by February 21, 2020, to ensure inclusion in all marketing materials.
As a participant, your business agrees to:
- Contribute 25% of gross food and/or alcohol sales made on April 30, 2020 to Project Angel Heart, regardless of any other promotions that day. Minimum contribution of $300 if percentage of sales is less than $300.
- Promote Dining Out For Life by displaying and/or distributing event materials a minimum of three weeks before the event and informing wait staff, managers, and other personnel about Dining Out For Life so they can promote the event to diners and answer basic event questions.
- Optional: Provide gift certificates to be distributed through media promotions or to assist in volunteer recruitment and incentive programs.
- Send or deliver a check for the total contribution payable to Project Angel Heart no later than May 31, 2020.
