Our professional chefs, under the direction of Executive Chef Brandon Foster, prepare delicious and nutritious meals in-house. Our chefs are creative with menu selection and incorporate a variety of meals from different cultures, often providing clients with a unique culinary experience. We strive to use as many fresh ingredients as possible, and some of the vegetables we use for our meals are harvested from our own garden, as well as from local community farms.
With one delivery per week, we can provide you with up to the equivalent of three meals a day for five days, depending on need. The great majority of our entrées are delivered frozen, so you have the flexibility to reheat your meals when you would like to enjoy them.
We are deeply committed to meeting the medical dietary requirements of our clients, and all of our meals can be tailored to fit your individual dietary needs, including most food allergies* and religious beliefs.

*Project Angel Heart does its best to accommodate a variety of dietary needs, but our kitchen is not an allergen-free environment. Food prepared in our kitchen may come in contact with wheat or other gluten-containing ingredients, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, fish, and shellfish. This is especially important if you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy.
