Project Angel Heart is a non-profit organization based in Colorado. We serve medically tailored meals to people living with severe illnesses across our state. Each year, we serve more than a half-million meals to people who are at home, unable to get the nutrition they need to recover from their illness. Our meals help our clients feel better, experience fewer symptoms, and stay out of the hospital.
