Meal delivery

Campaign: Delivering Hope & Health

Coloradans take care of each other.

Since the early days of the coronavirus pandemic, when stay-at-home orders were in place, and continuing into today, our volunteers, donors, and partners have been there to make sure we can continue delivering meals to our most vulnerable friends and neighbors.

Now, we need your help to make sure we don’t miss a single meal delivery as we move into the fall and winter months.

Our next fiscal year looks anything but secure. In order to serve every client who needs us in 2021, we need to raise $2 million by December 31, 2020. We can do this, but we can’t do it without you.

We’ve raised $2,258,265 of our $2 million goal

With your help, we can continue providing medically tailored meals for our most vulnerable neighbors, folks whose preexisting health conditions have made it difficult for them to leave their homes during the pandemic.

Project Angel Heart has been a lifeline for neighbors who have weakened immune systems or whose preexisting health conditions, like heart failure, kidney disease, and HIV/AIDS, make them especially vulnerable to COVID-19.

We’ve made a commitment to continue providing medically tailored meals in Colorado, no matter what course the coronavirus takes over the next year, and we’ll need your help to honor that commitment.

How You Can Help Us Reach Our Goal by December 31:

Make a Gift Online or By Mail

You can provide a week’s worth of medically tailored meals for a neighbor who needs it with each gift of $60. It’s a simple low-cost way to address a public health problem and meet a basic human need.

Participate in the Give! Campaign

We’re proud to participate in Give!, a Pikes Peak-region movement of nonprofits with the goal of making it simple for everyone to get involved in philanthropy. Your gift helps us raise two weeks of meals for our Colorado Springs neighbors.

GIve! Like you've never given before
