Project Angel Heart is Recertified “Green”

Certifiably Green DenverProject Angel Heart has recently earned its recertification in the Certifiably Green Denver sustainability program – an accomplishment we are hugely proud of!

To recertify each year, a business must make continuous and new sustainability-related improvements throughout their facility. Being ‘green’ is a priority for our organization and we’ve been a proud participant in the certification program since 2012.

To meet the standards required by the program, Project Angel Heart, along with the help of our amazing volunteers, installed a generously donated drip irrigation system to efficiently water our on-site gardens, updated and better-equipped our shower facilities to encourage the use of alternative transportation, and we employed the services of an environmentally-friendly janitorial company.
