What started with just 12 servings of lasagna in 1991 has grown into more than 12 million medically tailored meals delivered to Coloradans living with severe illnesses. Now, you can make your own version of the lasagna that started it all!

When you meet Kami, the first thing you notice is her warmth. She has a presence that makes you feel welcome. For much of her life, she poured that warmth into caring for others—teaching, cooking and helping residents in nursing homes, and supporting friends and family through hospice.

Mickey was diagnosed with HIV in 2013. While the news was difficult, he continued living independently. He worked full time, cooked for himself, and spent years performing and teaching ballet. For a long time, life felt steady and familiar. In November 2022, everything changed.

Mark Johnson is a strategic operations executive who believes that a life well lived is all about balance, passion, and a great meal.

Project Angel Heart is thrilled to recognize Marilyn McCallan as our October Volunteer of the Month! Marilyn began volunteering with Project Angel Heart in October 2021 as a kitchen assistant. Since then, she has dedicated her Thursday mornings to helping dish up meals in our kitchen.
