Grievance Process

Project Angel Heart is committed to providing the highest quality programs and services for our clients, volunteers, supporters, and partners. If you have a grievance (a serious complaint) that you feel was not addressed appropriately, please contact our President & CEO at mmacchi@projectangelheart.org or 303.407.9401. If your grievance involves the President & CEO, please contact the Chief Human Resources Officer (kthomas@projectangelheart.org), who will share your concern with the Chair of the Board of Directors.

Your communication will be reviewed as soon as possible. All information related to the grievance will be kept confidential to the extent possible, and only those involved in the investigation and resolution process will have access to it. Project Angel Heart prohibits retaliation against any individual who files a grievance in good faith. Final resolution will be made by Project Angel Heart’s President & CEO or the Board of Directors of Project Angel Heart, depending on the nature of the grievance.
