Cora Zaletel: Volunteer of the Month

Project Angel Heart is thrilled to recognize Cora Zaletel as our Volunteer of the Month for July. Cora was nominated by our volunteer resources team. Here’s what they had to say about her:

Cora began volunteering with Project Angel Heart as a meal delivery driver in 2022. When Project Angel Heart expanded its medically tailored, home-delivered meal program to Pueblo, Cora was one of the first to volunteer—eager and ready to help get meals to our clients.

Cora brings joy to everyone around her, always greeting staff and clients with a smile. She has shown remarkable dedication to our neighbors in need. She’s always flexible and jumps in whenever we are in need of volunteers, which has been vital as our operations in Pueblo continue to grow.
