Deb Witt: Volunteer of the Month

Project Angel Heart is thrilled to recognize Deb Witt as our Volunteer of the Month for November. Deb was nominated by our volunteer resources team. Here’s what they had to say about her:

Deb joined Project Angel Heart in February 2022 and has been a reliable, dedicated member of our volunteer community ever since.

She began as an office assistant supporting our front desk on Saturdays, where she quickly became an essential part of the team. Deb is attentive to clients on the phone, greets bag decorators as they come and go, and takes on any project we send her way. Rain or shine, you can always count on her to show up for her shift.

Deb brings a warm smile, positive attitude, and welcoming presence to everyone she meets. Over time, she has also supported our Monday distribution shift—helping pack boxes for our meal shipping program—and occasionally steps in to deliver meals to clients.

Deb, you truly brighten our building when you’re here, and we can’t imagine Saturdays without you. We’re so grateful to have you as part of the Project Angel Heart community. Congrats, Deb!
