You can make a difference in the life of a Coloradan in need. All it takes is a box of corn flakes!
Participate in our Summer Cereal Drive and donate cereal for neighbors who are too sick to shop or cook. You’ll provide an easy, no-prep way for them to get the extra nutrition they need to gain strength and energy, heal, and feel better.
Help us reach our goal of 4,000 boxes! There are three ways to participate:
1. Drop off healthy, whole grain cereal at Project Angel Heart’s Denver or Colorado Springs office. (Please avoid sugary cereal, hot cereal, and individual/bulk boxes).
2. Host a cereal drive at your office, business, church, school, or gym. Sign up here.
3. Give “virtual” boxes of cereal online.
One dollar from every pint sold during Karma Hour will be donated to Project Angel Heart. Raise your glass for a good cause!
AIDS Walk Colorado is celebrating its 30th year in 2017!
Join Project Angel Heart, along with more than 8,000 people from across the state, in awareness of HIV/AIDS in Colorado. On Saturday, August 19, come together as a community at Denver’s beautiful Cheesman Park to raise money for vital HIV/AIDS services, including Project Angel Heart. The event serves as a day to remember those we have lost to the disease with panels of the AIDS Memorial Quilt and a 5K Awareness walk through Denver’s Capitol Hill neighborhood.
Looking for a fun, simple way to give back this holiday season? Purchase your Thanksgiving pies from Pie in the Sky for $25 each. Every fresh-baked pie purchased allows us to provide three customized, nutritious meals, free of charge, for a Coloradan living with life-threatening illness.
Don’t eat pie? Out of town? You can also donate or purchase a pie for a Project Angel Heart client.
2017 pie sales will open in October at www.PieInTheSkyColorado.org
