Project Angel Heart is thrilled to recognize Kathy Kohler as our Volunteer of the Month for October. Kathy was nominated by both a fellow volunteer and the volunteer resources team. Here’s what they had to say about her:
Over the past three years, Kathy has consistently showcased unwavering dedication as a kitchen volunteer. Even while recovering from a broken ankle post-surgery, Kathy’s commitment to our mission has been truly remarkable. Her resilience and hard work on the dish-up line—scooping stews, traying fish, and sealing meals—despite the challenges posed by her ankle, are truly inspiring. We’re lucky to have Kathy as part of our Project Angel Heart family, and we’re so grateful for her dedicated service to our clients!
