Meet Our New Director of Operations

Mark Johnson is a strategic operations executive who believes that a life well lived is all about balance, passion, and a great meal. He has extensive experience driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence across the gourmet grocery, food service, hospitality, and beverage industries. Most recently, he served as Director of Retail Operations for Marczyk Fine Foods in Denver.

Outside of work, Mark’s life centers around family, adventure, and great food. He and his wife, Audrey, have three children and seven grandchildren who bring tremendous joy to their lives. An avid cyclist and skier, Mark enjoys exploring Colorado’s trails, roads, and mountains, as well as traveling and experiencing new cultures. His love of travel naturally extends to the kitchen, where he enjoys recreating flavors from his adventures for family gatherings.
