Taye and Thea Sanford: Volunteers of the Month

Project Angel Heart is thrilled to announce Taye and Thea Sanford as our August Volunteers of the Month!

Taye and Thea began volunteering with Project Angel Heart in April 2023. Since then, they have become dedicated meal delivery drivers and kitchen assistants, volunteering with us at least twice a week.

We are fortunate to have Taye and Thea with us on back-to-back days each week. On Thursdays, they assist with our breakfast dish-up shift, and on Fridays, they deliver meals to clients along one of our delivery routes.

Taye and Thea are incredibly reliable, motivated, and, above all, a joy to work with. They have stepped in countless times to help ensure we have the coverage we need, whether in the building or out delivering meals. They always arrive cheerful, enthusiastic, and ready to help wherever they can. Their positivity and sense of humor bring joy to staff, clients, and fellow volunteers every week.

Thank you, Taye and Thea, for all that you do! We are lucky to have you both as part of the Project Angel Heart community.
