Legacy Circle Member Profile: Robb Green

How did you come to learn about Project Angel Heart and what motivates your long-time support of the community?

Robb Green

I was introduced in the late 1990s by my friend, Randy Barber. He was a board member of Project Angel Heart and one of the first people involved.

I love our mission! While we are constantly changing who we serve, our reputation as an organization that genuinely cares about the people we serve is stronger than ever. It’s exciting to be part of all of it!

What roles have you performed during your time with Project Angel Heart?

I’ve participated in many ways through the years: Committee member of the Bread & Butter Club and A Taste For Life, board member, volunteer meal delivery driver, and development chair.

What would you say to other long-term donors who are considering designating Project Angel Heart as the recipient of a legacy gift?

It’s easy to do! So often, people think that there’s a lot to it, but my attorney and friend of Project Angel Heart, Erica Johnson, helped with estate planning and taxes. Learn more about legacy giving.

What are you interests or hobbies?

I love to travel! I haven’t done it for a while, but my favorite places are South Africa and Cuba.

Is there anything else you’d like to share with the community?

I want to thank the community for stepping up and helping us grow — for putting your faith in us!
