Rory Dudley: Volunteer of the Month

Project Angel Heart is thrilled to recognize Rory Dudley as our Volunteer of the Month for January. Rory was nominated by our kitchen and volunteer resources teams. Here’s what they had to say about him:

Rory began volunteering with Project Angel Heart in June 2022 as a kitchen assistant, joining us for evening chopping shifts. He has been a consistent and dedicated kitchen assistant, often volunteering many weeks each month to help turn big veggies into smaller veggies.

Rory brings a great attitude, is reliable, and is always willing to jump in on a moment’s notice. The kitchen team shared, “Rory is amazing and is always willing to help! We can text him at 4:45 and he’ll be here by 5:00 to help cover a shift in the kitchen. He’s a spark plug who helps us get through the 14 bags of onions and assists with saving onion skins for stock.”
