With the turn of the calendar from March to April, we’re feeling the energy of spring—and all the promise it brings. In our greenhouse, tiny seedlings are beginning to sprout. Soon, they’ll grow into fragrant herbs that will add fresh flavor to the nutritious, scratch-made meals we prepare for our neighbors living with severe illness.
