What gifts will you share with Coloradans in need this year? Here are six simple things you can do–during the holidays or anytime–to help bring the gifts of good nutrition, improved health, and better quality of life to neighbors diagnosed with life-threatening illnesses.
1. Make a gift…and help us deliver medically tailored meals
Every $60 gift to Project Angel Heart provides a week’s worth of medically tailored meals, made and delivered with love, for someone in need.
